TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING (ABBREVIATED)
All goods and services provided by VXR Imaging Ltd. T/A Everything X-ray are sold subject to the following conditions:
LIABILITY
We accept no liability for consequential damage of any description in regard to goods supplied by VXR Imaging Ltd. T/A Everything X-ray.
PRICES
All prices quoted exclude VAT, packing and carriage, and are subject to revision without any notice. Orders are accepted on the understanding that they will be executed at prices current at the time of despatch.
Orders based on special quotations must state the date and reference of that quotation.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed by email, fax or even post but must be complete with an order number and all contact and delivery details. Telephone and verbal orders are not accepted.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted by prior arrangement with ourselves. Special orders and specially manufactured products cannot be returned for credit, nor can they be cancelled once ordered. Goods supplied correctly and returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge in addition to the carriage and packing expenses incurred.
MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a minimum order value of £50.00, trade discounts are not applicable below this level.
DELIVERY DATE
We will always endeavour to deliver goods as quickly as possible, we can however accept no liability for failure to deliver at the time stated. No responsibility can be accepted for any losses incurred through failure to meet a delivery date.
DAMAGE AND LOSS IN TRANSIT
All claims for short or incorrect delivery and breakages caused in transit must be made in writing to us and the carrier within 2 days of delivery. No claim will be entertained unless a clear signature
is given on the carriers delivery documentation. If goods are signed for ‘in good condition’ no claim will be accepted. If you are unable to inspect the goods before signing, please sign as ‘unexamined’.
PACKING AND CARRIAGE
Will be charged on all orders.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received by VXR Imaging Ltd. T/A Everything X-ray within 30 days of our invoice date. Trade discounts will not be allowed if this is not adhered to strictly.
GENERAL
It is our policy to continually develop products. Prices and speci cations are liable to change without prior notice.
Whilst we try jolly hard to achieve perfection in compiling this catalogue, mistakes do happen. For this we apologise but can accept no liability.
All goods remain the property of VXR Imaging Ltd. T/A Everything X-ray until paid for in full.
